elementor-size-default\">TERMO DE ADES\u00c3O AO VALE TRANSPORTE MUNICIPAL (Pec\u00fania)\n\n\n                       A Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Luzi\u00e2nia \u2013 GO, representada por sua Secret\u00e1ria interina, <b>MARIA LUIZA COSTA SAMPAIO LIMA<\/b>, portador do <b>CPF: 355.938.141-04<\/b>, <b>RG n\u00ba 735.385 - SPP-DF<\/b>, resolve firmar o presente Termo de Ades\u00e3o ao Programa de Vale Transporte para o Servidor P\u00fablico Municipal, doravante denominado <b>VALE TRANSPORTE (Pec\u00fania)<\/b>, sujeitando-se, no que couber aos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 3.661, de 10 junho de 2008, mediante as seguintes clausulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es: \n<br><br>\n<b>CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 DO OBJETO<\/b>\n<br><br>\n\n                      O presente termo tem por objeto o fornecimento de Vale Transporte (Pec\u00fania) ofertado pelo Munic\u00edpio ao Servidor P\u00fablico Municipal, nos termos da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o referenciada no pre\u00e2mbulo deste Termo de Ades\u00e3o. \n<br><br>\n<b>CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 DO COMPROMISSO<\/b>\n<br><br>\n                     O munic\u00edpio se compromete a: \nI \u2013 Efetuar na folha de pagamento do servidor, o valor correspondente \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do vale transporte, constituindo este como verba indenizat\u00f3ria; \nII \u2013 promover de acordo com a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 3.505 de 29 de fevereiro de 2012 e Lei n\u00ba 3.693 de 16 de abril de 2014, o desconto de 6% do sal\u00e1rio base do servidor, ou o valor correspondente ao valor integral da pec\u00fania (o que for menor), diretamente na folha de pagamento.\n<br><br>\n<b>CL\u00c1USULA TERCEIRA \u2013 DA VIG\u00caNCIA<\/b>\n<br><br>\nA vig\u00eancia deste Termo de Ades\u00e3o se iniciar\u00e1 na data de sua assinatura e somente se encerrar\u00e1 caso seja cancelado a pedido do munic\u00edpio ou pelo servidor.\nNestes termos, o munic\u00edpio fornece ao servidor (a)
